What’s best about the MBA program
(From students and alumni)

The focus on leadership skills development, breadth of programs and activities offered in relation to leadership, a unique leadership based semester was offered, and the availability and unprecedented level of engagement from leaders belonging to the alumni network and leaders affiliated with the school that came to give talks, training and even 1 on 1 mentorships for students that needed it

The leadership capstone, taken in the 2nd year, was one of the best experiences of my academic and professional life.

Kenan-Flagler does a good job of attracting a student body that is going to work with each other (in the classroom and in career-building); there's not a cutthroat competitive aspect to the MBA experience and you can count on learning from your peers as well as becoming friends with them
