Michelin Gives Stars to Eight Vancouver Restaurants in Inaugural Guide

Another month and another Canadian city has made it on to Michelin’s star map.
On Oct. 27, the 122-year-old guide awarded stars to eight restaurants in Vancouver. This is the first time Michelin has recognized restaurants in the British Columbia metropolis. In September, the company made its first foray into Canada, giving out stars in Toronto.
