It’s high season for tourists in the Arizona desert, and that means football fans and business travelers will have to pony up to attend this year’s Super Bowl.

Kerry Lofton, a 30-year-old video producer from Dallas, will be in town the week of the game and is paying about $400 a night to stay at a Residence Inn not far from State Farm Stadium in Glendale, where the game is being hosted.
