Rwanda risks an economic backlash over its support for rebels rampaging through neighboring Democratic Republic of Congo.
The International Monetary Fund and S&P Global Ratings last week sounded the alarm on the financial cost of an extended crisis for the heavily indebted nation, while major donors including the UK warned of threats to more than $1 billion of aid.
