US Drops DEI Terms in Future Diplomat Training After Trump Order
Changes to training for American diplomats and other civil servants based abroad mark another retreat by the Trump administration from federal diversity efforts.

Terms on diversity, equity and inclusion that had previously been part of training courses will come to an end, according to the Jan. 30 memo from the US Foreign Service Institute, a State Department unit that teaches personnel how to advance foreign policy goals abroad.
