Bank of America Corp. named Cindy Priest its chair of global corporate banking, according to an internal memo seen by Bloomberg.

Priest was previously head of the bank’s US financial institutions corporate banking. The Charlotte, North Carolina-based lender said it will begin a process to find her replacement soon.
