JPMorgan Taps Thomas to Head Tech for Strategic Investors Group

JPMorgan Chase & Co. has hired Devin Thomas from Jefferies Financial Group Inc. for its mergers and acquisitions group focused on private equity firms and sovereign wealth funds.

Thomas is joining the New York-based bank’s Strategic Investors Group as head of technology M&A, according to a memo reviewed by Bloomberg News. He will report to Ray Raimondi, who was hired last year, the memo shows.
