Solomon Hires Pritti to Boost Health-Care Technology Advising

Solomon Partners, backed by Natixis SA, has hired Jon Pritti as a partner in its health-care group to lead an expansion into technology in the sector, according to a statement reviewed by Bloomberg News.

With more than two decades of investment banking experience, Pritti was most recently a senior managing director in the private equity advisory group at Guggenheim Securities, the statement shows. Previously, he was head of health-care technology at Houlihan Lokey Inc.
