War Crimes Court Delays Bail Decision on Ex-Philippine President

The International Criminal Court delayed its decision on whether to grant former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte temporary release from detention.

In a statement issued Wednesday, the Hague-based court said it would hold off on the decision until Duterte’s defense team takes further steps or until the Chamber finds it appropriate to act.
