Thai Airways Resumes Trade With $8 Billion Market Valuation
The airline sees strong bookings in the second quarter.

Shares of Thai Airways International Pcl resumed trading in Bangkok for the first time in five years, the culmination of the state-controlled airline’s emergence from its $12 billion debt restructuring.
The flag carrier’s shares rose to as high as 11 baht from 10.5 baht at the open on Monday. Its market capitalization stood at around 261.8 billion baht ($8 billion), higher than the roughly 7.2 billion baht valuation it had when the shares were last traded in May 2021.
