PSA and Fiat Chrysler put the family seal on their merger plan, with the boards of both companies giving their teams the green light to reach a binding MoU in the coming weeks. Fiat Chrysler shareholders are in line for a €5.5 billion special dividend, while Peugeot's owner will distribute its 46% in Faurecia. The new group's parent company will be domiciled in the Netherlands and listed in Paris, Milan and New York.
