Just in time for the Friday deadline, the US and European Union have reached an agreement that will see the bloc face a lower-than-threatened 15% tariff on most goods, including cars. China bought itself some more time, with the South China Morning Post reporting that the US will hold off on implementing measures against the country for another 90 days.
