Donald Trump is turning up the heat on Vladimir Putin. The president said Russia now has about 10 to 12 days to reach a truce with Ukraine or face potential “secondary sanctions.” An announcement could come as soon as Monday evening, which would shorten Moscow’s window for compliance by about three weeks. The Kremlin has yet to comment on the new deadline. The ruble fell.
